The Big Bad Bunny Urban Scavenger Hunt
(and the search for the man with one golden shoe)

April 11, 2010: This awesome and unique event takes teams on a journey around downtown Asheville and the River Arts District as they scavenge through the area’s history, culture, unique shops and community organizations in search of the man with one Golden Shoe. Along the way, they will interact with local musicians, merchants and actors as they help you complete your quests through a variety of riddles, a beer tasting, local trivia, really, really, really ridiculously beautiful challenges, chocolate, bad poetry, and a few portions of small community service projects. All you need is a pad and paper, 5 single dollar bills (each), a pair of running shoes, a digital camera and part or all of a bunny costume. Winners of the event will win free shoes (from Foot Rx!!) , Beer, Pizza, Gift Certificates and more. Registration open at 1:00 at the Asheville Brew Company Pizza on Cox Ave.
Afterward you’ll enjoy some of the areas best local brew while we share everyone’s photos and dish out the awards.
What You Need:
A small pad of paper
A couple pens
A digital camera (with cable)
5 single dollars each
Part of or all of a bunny costume, but all would totally get you mucho respecto. Just sayin’.
Running shoes
Backpack (might be helpful, but not necessary)
A Cell Phone that can send and receive texts
